by George Denholm Armour 1864-1949. Scottish Sporting Artist whose drawing of animals could seldom be faulted. He painted a very wide range of subjects from salmon fishing and hunting to racing and polo. Armour contributed to the magazines 'Punch', 'The Graphic' and 'Country Life'. His excellent pencil work is shown in these prints. A 1924 print of Grouse in the early morning, mounted and ready to frame. Image size 19cms x 12.5cms approx.
