Tintern Abbey, an original watercolour circa 1960 by Edgar James Maybery (1887-1964).

Born in Newport in 1887, served with The Royal Welsh Fusiliers. Although Maybery was best known for his etchings, his watercolour work was excellent.

Member of the Royal Cambrian Society.
